How to perform clinical examination of pediatric surgical patients

For long pediatric surgery lacked a book showing how a clinical examination of pediatric surgical patients should be conducted. Uptil now Pediatric Surgeons seems to have been coping with this by their experience and reading adult clinical exam books like Browse's Introduction to the Symptoms and Signs of Surgical Disease or relying on pediatric medicine clinical examination books. A clinical examination book would be a gem for trainees and residents who will be appearing in examination of pediatric surgery. In this post two essential books will be reviewed which allow us to understand this subject better and provide us a clear text regarding clinical examination in pediatric surgical patients.
